摘要

PURPOSE: A guide wire of a bipolar electrode mode and a catheter system using the same are provided to perform radio frequency ablation without a side effect by locally inducing coagulation necrosis in a lesion part.;CONSTITUTION: A wire main body is made of a metal material, and is inserted to a tube of a human body. An insulation material is coated on an outer circumference of the wire main body in order to insulate a wire. A first electrode(53) is attached to one end part of the wire main body. A second electrode(54) is separated from the first electrode, and is attached to one end part of the wire main body. A first conducting wire(56) is attached to the first electrode in order to electrically connect a radio frequency generator to the first electrode. A second conducting wire(57) is attached to the second electrode in order to electrically connect the radio frequency generator to the second electrode.
