CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR ROCK BOLT, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING LONG-TERM DURABILITY

PURPOSE: A cement composition for rock bolt is provided to secure high fluidity of dough with a little amount of water during kneading and to prevent a sagging phenomenon when applied at the same time improving withdrawal force.;CONSTITUTION: A cement composition for rock bolt is composed of 20-100 parts cement, 0-80 parts fine aggregate, 0.1-5.0 parts fiber, and 0.1-5.0 parts aluminum hydroxide powder. The fine aggregate represents dolomite with size of 30-80 mesh. The fiber is a nylon fiber. The aluminum hydroxide is amorphous aluminum hydroxide. The cement composition for rock bolt additionally contains 0.1~2.0 parts retarder, 0.05~1.0 part water reducing agent, and 0.001~0.05 part thickening agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
