HEMMING DEVICE CONNECTING AN INSIDE PANEL AND AN OUTER PANEL USING HEMMING PUNCH

PURPOSE: A hemming device is provided to increase productivity by processing right and left panels at the same time and removing a pre-hemming process.;CONSTITUTION: A hemming device comprises a hemming bed(10), a vertical movement member, a hemming punch(13) and a link member. The hemming bed has a panel seating post in which right and left panels are loaded at the same time. The vertical movement member is installed on the center of the panel seating post in the vertical direction. The hemming punch presses an outer panel flange of the panel loaded in the panel seating post. The link member receives the driving force from the vertical movement member and connects the vertical movement member and the hemming punch to make the hemming punch rotate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
