PURPOSE: A wrapper for rice covered with a thin layer is provided to improve competitiveness of a product, and to offer convenience for opening the wrapper easily.;CONSTITUTION: A wrapper for rice covered with a thin layer includes an outer wrapper(10), an inner wrapper(20), a first attaching part, and a second attaching part. The outer wrapper forms an outer side of a product. The inner wrapper is attached on the outer wrapper and a circumference part to seal the product. The first attaching part is extended to a longitudinal direction of a first half part. The second attaching part is extended to the longitudinal direction of a second half part.
