PURPOSE: A system for providing a context adaptive advertisement using a mobile terminal and a method thereof are provided to charge an advertisement cost only about an advertisement which has a real advertisement effect, thereby reducing expenditure of advertisement costs and increasing effects considering the costs in an advertiser side.;CONSTITUTION: A system for providing a context adaptive advertisement using a mobile terminal includes a message center(200), a DB server(600), a position information server(300), an advertisement search unit(500), and a control unit(400). The message center transmits a question message transmitted from at least one mobile communication terminal(100a~100n).
