PROCESS FOR FORCED FIXATION OF PRESERVATIVE TREATED WOODS WITH BIOCIDE USING STEAM

PURPOSE: A forced fixation process of preservative treated woods with biocide using steam is provided to allow the woods to be cured within 1 hour at the temperature of 100C without changes in quality and properties of the woods. CONSTITUTION: A forced fixation process of preservative treated woods with biocide using steam comprises the following steps of: dissolving preservative in a preservative dissolution tank and transferring it to a wood curing tank; and supplying temperature adjusted steam generated from a steam generator to the woods in order to induce chemical reaction between the wood and preservative. The preservative is selected from the group consisting of CUAZ, ACQ, or CBHDO.
