PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyamideimide/silica hybrid material for coating electrical wire is provided to uniformly hybridize colloidal silica silane sol in polyamideimide to improve arc resistance, electric insulation property, dielectric property, and heat resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polyamideimide/silica hybrid material for coating electrical wire comprises the following steps of: adding colloidal silica with size of 3-200nm to organic silane and stirring it in order to form colloidal silica silane sol which is the colloidal silica with organic groups on the surface thereof; adding an organic solvent to the colloidal silica silane sol to substitute the colloidal silica silane sol for organic group; adding the colloidal silica silane sol to polyamideimide and stirring them to hybridize the silica and polyamideimide; and adding amino silane to the hybridized sol solution and stirring them.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
