PURPOSE: A competitive bidding system of a competitive purchaser and a method thereof are provided to secure deliver the product to a customer by selecting a delivery service which supplies the product of high quality.;CONSTITUTION: A competitive bidding system of a competitive purchaser includes a product purchase site server(100), a buyer system(104), and a seller system(106). The product purchase site server selects the seller suited for the goods purchase condition under good purchase condition of the buyer side. The buyer system is connected to the product purchase site server through the internet network. The buyer registers the product in the buyer system.
