PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient road pavement construction competitive bidding system which integrates pieces of real restoration construction that are subjected to order and construction in the responsibility range of each infrastructure company and extensively and generally performs competitive bidding.;SOLUTION: When the construction of the exclusive road construction range 51-1 of an infrastructure company 8-1 and the construction of the exclusive road construction range 51-2 of an infrastructure company 8-2 proceed close to each other on a road 53, the respective infrastructure companies 8-1 and 8-2 send respective pieces of temporary restoration information 12-1 and 12-2 to a third organization 5 when the construction of respective exclusive objects is performed (55-1 and 55-2) and temporary restoration is finished. The third organization 5 puts together the respective pieces of received temporary restoration information 12-1 and 12-2 by using a mapping system 6 and an order and purchase system 7 and generates integrated drawing information 13 and order and purchase information 14. The organization 5 transmits the drawing information 14 and the order and purchase information 14 to a plurality of pavement companies 2-1, 2-2,..., and gives a pavement company 2 that has made a successful bid in a competitive bidding system an order for the construction of a real restoration construction range 57.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
