PURPOSE: A dynamic home agent allocation method and a system thereof about proxy mobile internet protocol method in a mobile communication system are provided to maintain the same home agent in the handover of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A packet data service node notifies a home agent proxy device for managing the home agent of a mobile terminal(S122). The home agent proxy device recommends the home agent in the connection state of the mobile terminal to the packet data node apparatus(S124). The packet data node apparatus transmits the mobile internet protocol registration request message to the recommended home agent(S126). The home agent selects the specific information provider address in the information provider address.
