PURPOSE: A base board for a partition and a partition installation method using the same are provided to prevent the breeding of a bacteria or a mold and to control the horizontality of a partition panel.;CONSTITUTION: A base board for a partition is composed of a base board body(10), plural nuts(20), and a control bolt(30). The base board body is composed of a pair of vertical walls(11), a grounding plate, a panel joint(13), and a nut insertion groove. The vertical walls are arranged to be spaced at the interval corresponding to the thickness of a partition panel(1). The grounding plate connects the lower ends of the vertical walls. The panel joint is formed in the upper part of the vertical walls. The nut insertion groove is formed on the grounding plate. The plural nuts are inserted in the nut insertion groove.
