摘要

PURPOSE: A surface modified nanofibrous membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to promote the regeneration of periodontal tissue by improving early adhesion and proliferation of cells.;CONSTITUTION: A surface modified nanofibrous membrane comprises nanofibers containing polyester polymer. The surface of the nanofibrous membrane is coated with calcium phosphate based crystals. The polyester polymer is selected from the group consisting of polycaprolactone, polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, polylactide-co-glycolide, polyvalerolactone, polyhydroxybutyrate, polyhydroxyvalerate, valerate, and their copolymer or blend.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
