A system for aggregated analysis of the water pollution capable of bi-directional communication is provided to receive and manage the data transferred from a water pollution measuring unit, and enable a remote administrator to control the measuring unit. A BOD measuring instrument(110) measures the biological oxygen demand of treated water. A COD measuring instrument(120) measures the chemical oxygen demand of the treated water. A TN/TP measuring instrument(130) measures the total nitrogen/total phosphorous of the treated water. An auto-sampler(140) and a flow meter(150) measure sample data and flow data, converts the measured values into digital signals according to the level of each measured value, and then tramits the measured values to a terminal server through the RS 232C or RS 422 communication. The terminal server gathers data inputted from each measuring instrument, and then transmits the gathered data to a data logger(170) through an IP network.
