An insert burying apparatus for construction of rim panel for LIM(Linear Induction Motor) vehicle is provided to move the vehicle to the upper side of construction material or rail easily by using a track skeleton supporting member. An insert burying apparatus(100) for construction of rim panel for LIM vehicle comprises a support frame(110) and an insert fixing member(130). The support frame, installed between the inner side of a first rail(32) and the inner side of a second rail(34), includes a first and a second support(112,114) which are placed on a track panel supporting member(200), and a connection rod(116) connecting both ends of the first and second supports. The insert fixing member is installed on the bottom surface of the supporting frame and fixes an insert(20) at the buried position.
