A bolt loosening prevention washer and a terminal structure with a bolt loosening prevention function are provided to prevent the loosening of bolt more securely by forming protrusions and grooves on the facing surfaces of a washer and a terminal piece, respectively. A terminal structure with a bolt loosening prevention function comprises a bolt(44) driven to an object, a terminal piece(10) and a washer(20) pressuring and fixing the object by being placed between the bolt and the object. The washer has a first pressing piece(32) and a second pressing piece(34). When the bolt is driven to the object, the first and second pressing pieces contact the upper surface of the terminal piece in a line contact manner and are pressed by the bottom surface of a bolt head(46).
