A back blowing device for maintenance of a gas turbine combustor and a maintenance method of a gas turbine combustor using the back blowing device are provided to remove and discharge the foreign material adhered to the inside flow channel of the quaternary chamber with instant air discharge force. A back blowing device for maintenance of a gas turbine combustor comprises a blowing hub(310) of hollow pipe shape which is installed adjacent to a fuel injection nozzle(245) equipped in a quaternary chamber(210) inside the gas turbine combustor, an air inlet valve(320) applying the air from an air supply line to the blowing hub, an air outlet valve(360) combined in a gas fuel inlet(240) equipped in one side of circumferential surface of the quaternary chamber, a guide flange(317) which is equipped in the blowing hub in order to support the quaternary chamber, and an air pressure hose(350) which is connected to the nozzle connection pipe and the fuel injection nozzle in order to supply air.
