A hyperspectral polarization imaging apparatus is provided to obtain a precise optical image by applying the Muller matrix(Mueller matrix) technique and technique(hyperspectral imaging) to the conventional method using only image. In a hyperspectral polarization imaging apparatus, a first polarization element(303) converts laser from the light source(101) into the polarization light having the polarization surface of the first angle. A first rotating device(304) rotates the polarization surface of the polarization light and projects polarization light to the organism(300). A second rotating device(307) rotates the polarization light reflected from organism. A second polarization device(105) restores the polarization surface of the second angle into an original light. A wavelength conversion filter(106) divides the optic signal wavelength reflected from organism and outputs a plurality of divided optical signals. A camera(309) obtains a plurality of images for diagnosing based on a plurality of divided optical signal and obtains Muller matrix operation person having the horizontal, vertical, and rotation component of the polarized light according to the state of polarization light.
