Cast in place soil concrete pile and the construction method of soil concrete pile are provided that the concrete and the exposed aggregate are not separated since the strong shear stress works between the reinforcing material and soil concrete. A construction method of cast in place soil concrete pile comprises following steps: a pre boring step excavating in the site carrying out the construction of the soil concrete pile to the constant depth; a soil concrete generating step producing the soil concrete; a drill removal stage which extracts and removes the ground drill perpendicularly; a center reinforcing material pressing step pressing the center reinforcing material of the length corresponding to the total length of pile; an external reinforcing material pressing step pressing the external reinforcing material outside the center reinforcing material; a curing step curing the soil concrete pile which is formed through pre-step.
