A technology contract management system and a technology contract progress state information providing method using the same are provided to control input and output information according to an internal management system controller to solve a security problem and allow a user outside a firewall to inquire information on a corresponding contract and progress state. A technology contract management system includes a firewall(3000), an external open system member information storage unit(2130) which is located outside the firewall and stores member information, an external open system(2000) storing technology contract information, an external open system storage unit(2100) having a technology contract event information storage unit(2110) and an external open system technical fee collection information storage unit(2120), an internal management system storage unit(1100) having an internal management system technology contract information storage(1130), an internal management system technology contract event information storage(1110) and an internal management system technical fee collection information storage(1120), and an internal management system controller(1200).
