Structure and one side earth section of under ground cables

A ground structure of underground cable capable of stabilizing system is provided to prevent breakdown of insulation protective device by implementing cross bond ground structure using device for reducing sheath circulating current. A ground structure of underground cable capable of stabilizing system is a line structure applying a side end ground to underground cable. An insulation joint box(9) separates an underground cable into both sides. A cross bond ground structure is formed by cross-bonding a cable sheath(5-2) drawn from the insulation joint box and a cable sheath of a different phase. A device for reducing sheath circulating current(20) comprising a reactor is serially inserted in a sheath circuit of each insulation joint box.
