EARTH STRUCTURE OF IGNITION TRANSFORMER OF GAS OVEN, CAPABLE OF FASTENING THE EARTH PLATE TO THE GROUND TERMINAL OF THE IGNITION TRANSFORMER WITHOUT A GROUND CABLE

Purpose: the earth structure of an ignition transformer for a gas burner is arranged to reduce manufacturing cost, reduces the course of work and thoroughly fixes none buried cable of the terminal of earth plate ignition transformer. Construction: an ignition transformer (80) for a gas burner includes five high voltage lead wire terminals of the output HIGH voltage for burner and a ground terminal (84). One earth plate (90) is formed in ground terminal to be buried in the earth ignition transformer, and the end of earth plate is contacted to a chassis (81), is used to form the framework of gas burner. Earth plate is integrally formed with ground terminal, is made of conductive materials. Ground terminal is contacted to the chassis in terms of the installation ignition transformer in chassis.
