Cosmetic composition comprising extract and fraction of Persicae semen shell

A cosmetic composition comprising the extract and fraction of Persicae semen shell is provided to improve antioxidant effect, tyrosinase-inhibiting effect, anti-inflammatory effect and inhibitory activity against Propionibacterium acnes causing acnes. The cosmetic composition comprises the extract of Persicae semen shell which is prepared by extracting Persicae semen shell with solvent selected from water, C1-C4 lower alcohol or mixed solvents thereof, and the fraction of Persicae semen shell which is prepared by fractionating the extract of Persicae semen shell to silica gel column using methanol and chloroform mixed solvent(4:1) and obtaining a fraction having Rf value of 0.4-0.6.
