An investment advice providing method and an investment advice providing server are provided to offer the investment ratio of recommended sale and free sale according to the grade of an investor, thereby enabling the investor to enhance the advantage of an investment pattern and lower the disadvantage of the investment pattern. At least one of an earning rate or a victory percentage is calculated based on received sale history information(S12). The grade of an investor is evaluated based on the calculated earning rate or victory percentage. The evaluated grade is classified into one of plural grades(S14). A sale pattern is analyzed based on the sale history information of the investor. The sale pattern of each of other investors belonging to any grade is compared. An investment advice is extracted based on the comparison result(S16). The investment advice is provided to the investor(S18).
