SHORT PERIOD CULTIVATION OF SPARASSIS CRISPA USING CRYPTOMERIA CABER

A short-term cultivation method of Sparassis crispa using Cryptomeria caber is provided to perform small-scale cultivation and continuous harvest for 2-5 years by using Cryptomeria caber. A short-term cultivation method of Sparassis crispa using Cryptomeria caber comprises (a) a step of cutting the Cryptomeria caber in 12-16cm length; (b) a step of preparing the live-yeast solution; (c) a step of dipping the Cryptomeria caber in the live-yeast solution; (d) a step of sealing the pre-treated Cryptomeria caber in the heat resistant polypropylene vinyl; (e) a step of sterilizing the sealed Cryptomeria caber at 121°C for 90 minutes; (f) a step of cooling the sterilized Cryptomeria caber at 20-25°C for 24-36 hours; (g) a step of inoculating to Sprassis crispa spawn to the cooled Cryptomeria caber; (h) a step of cultivating the spawn-inoculated Cryptomeria caber at 25°C for 80-90 days; (i) a step of inducing the fruit body growth of the Sprassis crispa on the spawn-inoculated Cryptomeria caber; (j) a step of growing the fruit body on the Cryptomeria caber; and (k) a step of harvesting mushroom.
