Disaster state analysis system and method thereof using Geographic Information System

A system and a method of disaster state analysis using GIS(Geographic Information System) are provided to enhance availability of disaster analysis data by analyzing the disaster data of each sector to share the analyzed data with departments or local autonomous entities. A system of disaster state analysis using GIS comprises a general weather outlook database server(20), a past weather information database(30), a disaster state data server(40) and a disaster state analysis server(10). Each server is able to be connected each other through LAN or WAN. A weather information management server of a meteorological observatory is able to be used as the general weather outlook database server. The disaster state data server comprises a GIS database server(43) and a local disaster injury extent database server(41) and a restoration database server(45). The GIS database server is a part of a NGIS(National Geographic Information System). The restoration database server stores data committed into the disaster such as materials, apparatuses, the number of persons and time.
