A transgenic plant with improved heat resistance is provided to induce an increase in bonds with promoters of a target gene, which is related to the heat resistance, and expression thereof by promoting expression of dehydration responsive element binding protein 2C(DREB2C). A transgenic plant with improved heat resistance increases bonds with promoters of a target gene by controlling expression of dehydration responsive element binding protein 2C(DREB2C) having an amino acid sequence indicated as sequence number 1. The DREB2C is formed as a composite together with dehydration responsive element/C-repeat (DRE/CRT; A/GCC-GAC) motif which is on a promoter of the target gene related to stress-resistance at a high temperature.
