A manufacturing method of a sculpture using expanded polystyrene by a CIMS method is provided to make the sculpture which is lighter than conventional cement or concrete and reduce construction time. A manufacturing method of a sculpture using expanded polystyrene by a CIMS method comprises the following steps of: sculpting the sculpture made of expanded polystyrene to the designated size and design; attaching a mesh net of the expanded polystyrene; laminating a cement composite on the mesh net; performing scratch work on the cement composite; laminating the cement composite on the completed cement composite; sculpting the laminated cement composite to a designed shape; and performing color painting work on the sculpture after hardening the sculpture.
