Ornamental purpose board and the manufacture method to form built-in pattern on formica

An ornamental purpose board in which a built-in pattern is formed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a desired UV ink pattern by creating three-dimensional effect of the beautiful and splendid UV ink pattern. A manufacturing method of an ornamental purpose board in which a built-in pattern is formed comprises the following steps of: bonding a bottom pattern sheet like titanic paper or pattern paper using an adhesive such as a bond etc on a surface of the board used as furniture including MDF or a veneer board etc; making a sheet surface in which a pattern is printed by coating and drying transparent formica; improving adhesiveness of the formica for protection of the surface and ink used for printing of a UV ink pattern; printing the UV ink pattern; hardening the various UV ink pattern by irradiating a UV lamp; and processing the surface by coating the formica.
