Polarization transformation antenna and communication device including the same

A polarization transformation antenna and a communication device including the same are provided to generate a horizontal polarization, a vertical polarization, a right hand circular polarization, or a left hand circular polarization by one antenna. A polarization transformation antenna comprises a radiation surface and a feeding circuit part(200). The radiation surface has four feeding points. Four feeding points have a phase difference of 90°. The feeding circuit part controls four feeding points, and comprises a first port(210), a second port(211), four contact points(220~223), a first SPDT switch(230), a second SPDT(Single-Pole-Double-Through) switch(231), a first SPST switch(240), and a second SPST(Single-Pole-Single-Through) switch(241). The first port and the second port perform input and output of electric signals. Four contact points are formed on a part contacted with the feeding point, and have a phase difference of 90°. Each SPDT switch is positioned on a connection path between two contact points. Each SPST switch is positioned between each SPDT switch and one contact point.
