A lithium secondary battery cycle life inspection method is provided to reduce existing cycle life inspection period while maintaining the deviation of the existing cycle life inspection method less and high reliability. In the step charged, the charging rate is 1.5-0.1C or 1.5+0.1C and the constant current constant voltage is 4.2 bolt, and 0.05C or 0.15C cut-off current. An idle state between charge and discharge is 10 minutes or harrow without idle state. In the step discharging, 1.0C discharge rate is 3.0 bolt cut off voltage which is applied to discharging while a suspending time is less than 10 minutes with repeating charge and discharge.
