摘要

A diluents for preserving liquid semen of pig for a long time is provided to prevent the decrease of viability, mobility and fertilization rate. A diluents for preserving liquid semen of pig contains a flavonoid material having antioxidant effect. The diluents contains a flavonoid of 0.01-10mg per 100ml of distilled water. The diluents further comprises stock solution containing glucose, sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, EDTA, potassium chloride, potassium phosphate, citric acid, the Bovine Serum Albumin (Fraction V), glycine, tris and Trehalose. The stock solution additionally contains antibiotic such as gentamycin, neomycin, and apramycin.
