Refinery apparatus of spent sulfidic caustic for the application of the biological nitrogen removal process of wastewater

An apparatus for manufacturing sulfur-containing refined caustic soda is provided to remove non-biodegradable organic materials included in sulfur-containing caustic soda waste in order to reduce bad smell generated in a sewage disposal process. An apparatus for manufacturing sulfur-containing refined caustic soda comprises: a supply unit(A) to supply sulfur-containing caustic soda waste(SSC) from a sulfur-containing caustic soda waste storage tank(10) to a ultrasonic irradiation unit; the ultrasonic irradiation unit(B) consisting of multistage ultrasonic irradiation reactors(21, 22, 23), which transforms non-biodegradable organic materials into biodegradable organic materials; a degassing unit(C) consisting of a degassing reactor(30) with a diffuser(31); a solid-liquid divisor(D) to precipitate the precipitate generated in the degassing unit; and a absorbing unit consisting of an activated carbon absorbing column(40) to collect bad smell and volatile organic carbon generated from the ultrasonic irradiation unit, degassing unit and solid-liquid divisor.
