A granitic slab, and a manufacturing apparatus and method thereof are provided to reduce fatigue of user's eyes due to the glazed surface of granitic slab, by forming grooves along the texture of the slab surface so that light is irregularly reflected. A manufacturing apparatus of granite slab comprises a transfer conveyor(2) transferring a granite slab(1) in one direction, a polisher(3), a plurality of polishers arranged in a row, a moving device(4) having a horizontal reciprocating unit, a main body(5) having a control panel and supporting both sides of the moving device, and a water supply pump(6) supplying water to the polisher. The polisher is composed of a polishing disk machining the granite slab, a central shaft rotating the polishing disk and supplying water, a cylinder moving the central shaft up and down, a connector having engagement pieces joined to the cylinder, and a motor providing torque to pulleys.
