A twisted panel coupled torsion beam axle is provided to improve torsional rigidity and durability because a torsion bar in which plural panels are symmetrically combined is applied. A twisted panel CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle) comprises a trailing arm(100) which is joined in the wheel of the vehicle, and a torsion bar(200). The torsion bar comprises an upper torsion bar(210) whereof one end is combined in the upper of the trailing arm, and a lower torsion bar(220) whereof one end is joined in the bottom of the trailing arm. The other end of the upper torsion bar is joined in the bottom of the corresponding trailing arm. The other end of the lower torsion bar is joined in the bottom of the faced trailing arm. The lower torsion bar is installed in order to cross the upper torsion bar.
