The present invention need not contain a lead component, an object to provide a tin-phosphate glass as a glass material having the same characteristics as the conventional sealing material, or insulation material. Thus, in one example of phosphate tin-based glass in addition to containing a lanthanoid oxide of 30 to 70 mol% of SnO, 20 to 45 mol% of P 2 O 5, and 0.1 to 25 mol% of a glass composition, 0 to 20 mol % of ZnO, 0 to 20 mol% of MgO, 0 to 10 mol% of Al 2 O 3, 0 to 15 mol% of SiO 2,3, and 0 to 20 mol% B 2 0 to 30 mol% O of the R 2 O containing (where, R is at least one member selected from Li, Na, K, Cs). Here, as the lanthanoid oxide, it is preferable to use La 2 O 3, CeO 2, and Gd 2 O 3 1 or more kinds selected from a. Further, by the addition of a refractory filler material in the tin-phosphate glass powder for a screen-based tin phosphate glass powder it may be a composite material.
