A measurement support apparatus for a radio frequency power limit level of a satellite S-band receiver is provided to exactly measure a limit level of RF power necessary for transmission of an S band signal by a terrestrial support device. A mode selecting unit(120) selectively operates in the first mode in which a signal outputted from an isolator is inputted to a satellite through an attenuating unit(121) and in the second mode in which the signal outputted from the isolator is inputted to the satellite not through the attenuating unit. A circulator receives a signal outputted from the mode selecting unit by the first port(131). The circulator outputs the received signal to the second port(132). The circulator outputs the signal inputted to the second port to a terrestrial support device through the third port.
