Water model equipment of porous refractory for continuous casting

PURPOSE: A tester for a model of porous refractory material used in continuous casting is provided to simply test porous refractory materials used in continuous casting, such as an upper nozzle of a turndish, a plate, and a submerged nozzle, by easily testing and analyzing the porous refractory materials. CONSTITUTION: A tester for a model of porous refractory material used in continuous casting includes a manipulating panel(12) and a surface plate(10). The manipulating plate(12) includes a lifting cylinder(9), a pump(14), and a water pipe. The surface plate(10) displays a rising state. The manipulating and the surface plate(10) are installed in a test bench(10). A water tank(13) stores water supplied through the water pipe and is installed on an upper side of the test bench(10). A resting table(17) is installed in the water tank(13). Also, the refractory materials are installed in the resting table(17).
