CATALYST BASED ON PALLADIUM-RHODIUM ON HONEYCOMB MONOLITH FOR SIMULTANEOUS REDUCTION OF NITROUS OXIDE AND NITROGEN MONOXIDE, ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND SIMULTANEOUS REDUCTION OF NITROUS OXIDE AND NITROGEN MONOXIDE BY USING THE METHOD
A catalyst based on palladium-rhodium, a manufacturing method thereof, and a simultaneous reduction method of the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide by using the same are provided to reduce respectively or at the same time the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen monoxide to nitrogen in low reaction temperature. A manufacturing method of a catalyst based on palladium-rhodium includes the following steps of: mixing and drying a precursor material liquid of noble metals with metal oxides; mixing particles made in a first step with alumina sol physically; drying and sintering a compound by applying a compound on a ceramic honeycomb material; and activating a honeycomb material catalyst in hydrogen reduction atmosphere. The precursor liquid of the noble metal includes palladium and rhodium. The metal oxides include one or more selected from aluminum, zirconium, barium, and cerium, and adjusts a weight ratio of the palladium/rhodium.
