MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A FISHING FLOAT CAPABLE OF OBTAINING HYDROPHILIC SURFACE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fishing float is provided, which minimizes the resistance of water and prevents the surface crack phenomenon.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fishing float comprises a step to apply coating solution on the main(101) body regardless of the material of the main body; a step to dry the coated main body at the temperature condition of 20-30deg.C; and a step to manufacture a fishing float with the main body surface-treated in the roughness of the size of 0.05-0.1 micrometers. The coating solution is prepared by being mixed with resinous solution containing the necessary coating composition, organic resin with the particle size of less than 0.01 micrometers, and solvent and dispersing stabilizer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
