Method study basal and meningiomas convexital through CT angiography bolus of contrast medium, characterized in that the contrast is injected in two stages with a time of maximum contrast of the tumor tissue, arterial and venous sinuses; in the first stage is introduced 30 ml of contrast at a rate of 1-2 ml per second at 150 relative units; the second stage - 70 ml of contrast injected through 180 seconds after start of the administration of the first portion at a rate of 4.5 ml per second at 300 relative units; start scanning manually after the bolus level foramen magnum.
