Application in accordance with the invention relates to antagonist of interleulin-I type 1 receptor (IL-1R1), which contains single variable polypeptide domain or its antigen-binding fragment, which possesses specificity of binding with interleulin-I type 1 receptor (IL-1R1) and inhibits binding of interleukin-I (IL-I) with IL-1R1 for manufacturing medication for RD treatment. Pharmaceutical composition by the invention includes said IL-1R1 antagonist and physiologically acceptable carrier.
