A method of estimating effective correction of inflammatory process during the treatment of patients with bullous form of erysipelas

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely infectious diseases. There is offered method for estimating effectiveness of correction of inflammatory process in the patients with bullous erysipelas. Dynamics of inflammatory process is evaluated by difference of concentration of cytokines "ФНО"-α, "ИЛ"-β, "ИЛ"-10 in bullous contents prior to the beginning and in the course of treatment; major decrease in concentration of proinflammatory cytokines "ИЛ"-1β, "ФНО"-α and increase if level of anti-inflammatory "ИЛ"-10 in bulous contents relates to the greatest clinical effectiveness.;EFFECT: method allows evaluating clinical effectiveness, prescribing individually treatment regimen of maximum effect.;1 tbl, 2 ex
