The system of balancing the rotor of the gas turbine plant (61), containing the balancing grip (52), including the annular wall (64), bounded in the first radial direction (70) by the docking zone (74), after which in the first radial direction (70) towards the open radial end of the gripper (76) there are a plurality of through holes (78); wherein each through hole (78) extending in the second (72) opposite to the first (70) direction contains a radial apex (80), the point of which is located in this joint zone (74); the system further includes several balancing weights (54), which are rigidly attached to the balancing grip (52) by means of at least one screw / nut pair (56) passed through one of these holes (78); in this case, one of the elements: a nut (88), the head of the screw (86) abuts against the first surface (90) of the balancing grip (52), and the balancing weight (54) abuts against the second (92), opposite to the first (90), the surface of the balancing gripper (90), characterized in that for each through hole (78) the counterbalancing grip (52) on its first surface (90) contains a first recess (94) through which a radial apex (80) passes; the first recess (94) is located on both sides of the mating zone (74) and does not come into contact with the nut (88) element, the screw head (86); while this balancing grip (52) on its second surface (92) contains a second recess (98) through which a radial apex (80) passes; while the second recess (98) is located on both sides of the docking area (74), does not come into contact with the balancing weight (54). !
