FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and more specifically to an automated system for checking personal data of citizens when making new generation passport and visa documents. To achieve this technical outcome, the system contains a module for selecting reference address of citizens in a database of restrictions for traveling out of the country, a module for identifying name data of citizens, module for determining dimensions of sampling data of citizens and a module for generating addresses for reading records of the database of restrictions for traveling out of the country, as well as a module for managing sampling of arrays of forms, module for selecting reference address of an array of agreed forms in the server database, a module for selecting refused forms in the server database, a module for generating current addresses of agreed forms in the server database, a module for generating current addresses of refused forms in the server database and a module for integrating signals for writing and reading data on the forms.;EFFECT: increased reliability and operating speed of the system through generation of identification data of citizens for making new generation passport and visa documents in real time.;12 dwg
