FIELD: veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns veterinary virology and biotechnology. Said vaccine contains antigen of adenovirus serotype type one B-10, inactivant, concentrated adjuvant PEG-6000 in final concentration 10%. In addition, the vaccine contains virus antigen of virus diarrhoea "Origon", concentrated 8-9% PEG-6000 dissolved in 0.5-0.6 M NaCl. As an inactivant, the vaccine contains afficinal formalin, and as an adjuvant - afficinal "ГОА". The components of the vaccine are related as follows (vol. %): antigen of adenovirus serotype type one B-10 with infectious titre 6-7 lg "ТЦД"₅₀/ml, 5 times concentrated PEG-6000 dissolved in 0.5-0.6 M NaCl - 30-37, virus antigen of virus diarrhoea of strain "Origon" with infectious titre 7-8 lg "ТЦД"₅₀/ml, 5 times concentrated PEG-6000 dissolved in 0.5-0.6 M NaCl - 30-37, formalin 40% - 0.5-0.8, "ГОА" afficinal 6.0% - the rest.
