FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: in method and system database is formed as a three-dimensional information space, in which data on the document or its part is distributed into cluster or clusters formed by single sections (orts) of characteristic criteria. Full identification number of the document is generated from codes of characteristic criteria component orts and identification number of the document. Each cluster is analysed for completeness of its limited activity area coverage with documents contained in cluster. Result of analysis is entered in the same cluster. Searching and analysis of data is carried out both by means of request generation and processing and in reverse direction with the help of database preparation for expected user. System also provides facilities for operation with database, for searching, control and analysis of information, documents, areas of activity, for generation and correction of documents by system administrators, experts and users in compliance with access rights.;EFFECT: improved efficiency and validity of data processing with application of simplified language, maintenance of data base in relevant condition.;5 cl, 6 dwg
