Method of evaluation of loss of plasticity by change of microhardness of constructional steel includes: manufacturing of smooth cylindrical specimens, simulation of damage accumulation by test for low-cycle fatigue performance, specimens test for uniaxial tension till destruction, measurement of microhardness on fracture of specimens, introduction of concept of plasticity loss coefficient, plotting of limit curve of plasticity loss, replotting of mentioned curve as per coordinates microhardness - plasticity loss coefficient, and evaluation of plasticity loss by mentioned curve as correlation dependence between measurement of microhardness and plasticity loss coefficient.;EFFECT: development of procedure of evaluation of plasticity loss (limit state) of constructional steel by change of microhardness.
