FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hollow shaft connected to disc hubs and fitted with elastic beaters and a fixing unit connected to the disc hubs and made in the form of a hollow cylinder with slots and working holes for beaters. The shaft is set inside the fixing unit coaxially and is rotatable with respect to the latter. Reserve part of the beaters is placed between the shaft and the fixing unit. Holders are jointed to the fixing unit between adjacent beaters along the shaft length by hinges, each holder is fitted with two blades in the from of a circular arc in the section profile perpendicular to the shaft axis and with cutting edges on both sides. Total length of the blade pair exceeds the holder length.;EFFECT: improving quality of plant-top removal.;2 dwg
