FIELD: medicine, microbiology.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of biotechnology and medical virology. The diagnostic test system for revealing of a virus of bird flu A/H5N1 is offered at enzyme immunoassay carrying out on a solidphase carrier with use of peroxidase conjugate. As a solidphase carrier the activated aluminosilicate matrix with a magnetic material with immobilized immunoglobulins against a virus of bird flu is used. The invention can be used for diagnostics of a virus of bird flu A/H5N1.;EFFECT: obtaining of diagnostic test system for revealing if virus of bird flu A/H5N1 at enzyme immunoassay carrying out on solidphase carrier with use of peroxidase conjugate.
