FIELD: heating.;SUBSTANCE: automated data system for boiler-house with hot-water boilers operation control and monitoring includes internal and external heating circuits. Internal circuit consists of hot-water boilers with geysers, heat-exchangers and main-line pumps having outlet to external circuit and heating system through heat exchangers where heating supply system parameters are controlled by means of geysers and makeup pumps. Signals from pressure and temperature sensors are supplied to microprocessor controllers, and further to computer system for processing and storage. Coolant flow rate is measured and adjusted by pump unit consisting of pumps with different capacity and by method, which provides for generating signals from pressure sensor installed on each pump inlet and outlet and from watt transducer measuring power consumed by pump drive motor to microprocessor controller and further to computer system where delivered amount of heat is calculated. Besides, this method ensures programmed control and created pressure of the supplied heat according to the program installed in microprocessor controller taking into account external temperature and losses in network. Flow rate is controlled by starting up pumps with different capacity. Heat from internal circuit of heating system is supplied to heat exchanger where it is transmitted to the external system circuit based on pre-set program. Preset ratios between pressure and temperature in direct and return lines of external circuit are maintained by means of the main line and makeup pumps, which ensure optimal mode of heating system operation when heat supplied from source Gheatsource is equal to the amount of heat delivered to the customer from heating system Gcus with nominal losses ΔGlosses in system.
